Natto making production:
1. Soak the soybeans in water until they are swollen and full
2. Steam 0.5-0.75kg soaked soybean for 45-60 minutes
3. Air to 50-60 ℃
4. Add natto, stir with soybean, and ferment for 18 hours
Yogurt production:
