I powered it up slowly. The cord is very fragile. All 4 tubes lit up. One tube (6A6) was replaced at some point with a 6SL7.
Everything else looks to be original to me, but make sure you recap or replace the capacitors and the power cord.
All transformers test good. No further testing has been done.
