    Cover commemorating the 10th Anniversary of the Apollo 11 MOON LANDING. This cover features the 15 cent "FT. McHENRY FLAG" stamp and is postmarked on July 21, 1979 at JSC-SPACEPEX STATION, Houston, Texas which is the home of  the Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center. In addition to the date and location contained in the circular cancellation, The cancel contains an American Flag rising from a Landing Module and the Apollo 11 shoulder patch.
    The cachet is  a drawing of the three Apollo 11 astronauts with their names printed below each respective likeness. Below the astronauts is printed "FIRST MEN ON THE MOON". Above the likenesses of the astronauts is the attribution of the cachet "NASA salutes LYNDON B. JOHNSON SPACE CENTER STAMP CLUB" with a likeness of a rocket lifting off from a gantry.
    The cover is unsealed and unaddressed.
