Up for auction is a beautiful registered cover from Cyrenaica, Benghazi , Libya to Vienna Austria. Beautiful stamps and cancels. Postmarked November 6, 1931.  In excellent condition, has been folded in half. Priced to sell. Great handstamp cancel from the Israelite community Bengasi, scarce judaica item. Stamps on cover are a pair of # 56 with a 2017 Scott Specialized CV of 0.00 on cover.
