Union Carbide ran a series of ads in the early 1950s, each a painting of different locations and items, each with a large hand or two doing something.
This one is about the many different materials used to make bearings. The painting is of a hand holding a spinning gyroscope (gyro-top?)
Text starts “Helping the world get its bearings” and goes on about the many materials, alloys etc that Union Carbide makes.
This ad is full page, approx. 7” x 10”, carefully removed from an actual 1951 magazine.
