based product called SNOW COAT Roof Coating from Dixon Chubbuck & Associates, Altadena Calif. "For nearly 20 years SNOW COAT Roof Coating has been successfully used to beautify, cool and protect California roofs" the cover says.
Catalog provides photos, illustrations, feature descriptions and basic specifications for their product, the formulation lists white cement, titanium, vinyl resin binders,
asbestos fibers
and CAL. Gives application instructions.
Photos that are identifiable: Seven Up Bottling Co buildings; Carolina Pines Jr. restaurant (this Googie style building looks like the Vermont Ave near 6th Street location in Los Angeles). One photo looks like a home, another looks like a country club with tennis court & golf course (maybe Los Angeles Country Club in Beverly Hills?)
