    The stamp used on this cover is the FIRST MAN ON THE MOON stamp. This cover celebrates the 1st Anniversary of that event by using this stamp. The large circular cancellation is dated July 20, 1970 from Apollo, Pennsylvania.
    The cachet is a depiction of two astronauts on the Moon. One walking away from the LM and the other on the LM ladder, with one foot on the Moon and the other on the ladder. The names of the three Apollo 11 astronauts are at the base of the cachet with the words "U.S. PUTS FIRST MAN ON MOON".
    The cover is addressed and unsealed and is on a red, white and blue striped airmail envelope.
