Description:
The 3KG Digital Automatic Melting Furnace with compact design is ideal for professional use. By using high-quality materials, the smelting furnace can meet the requirements of the industry and the workshop, which are suitable for the processing of precious metals such as gold, silver and other metals with low acid-base property and not too high melting point.
The maximum adjustable temperature of our product is 1100 ℃. Thus, the melting furnace is perfectly designed for the melting of precious metals. The melting point of silver is 962 ℃ and gold is 1064 ℃. The regulation of the melting temperature is very user-friendly via a highly modern PID module. This module allows the digital adjustment of the setpoint temperature to the degree accurately. The PID module monitors the actual temperature in the melting chamber at 2-second intervals so that it will not be overheat or cooled down. The temperature is kept constant around the melting point.

It is used to melt gold, silver, aluminum, tin and zinc, etc.

Notes:
1. This machine is only suitable for melting pure gold, pure silver or some other metal materials that are pure, low acidic. And the melting point should be less than 1100℃(2012℉); otherwise, the graphite crucible or machine will be damaged.
2. The connecting part of lid and main body are designed flexibly, please open or close the lid GENTLY; otherwise, the inside white parts may be broken, because they are made up of quartz, which is very crispy.
3. When the machine has been working continuously for 3 hours, please turn it off to cool down for 30 minutes, this is good for the lifetime of machine.
4. Some sellers advertise that the max. heating temperature should reach 1150℃(2102℉) and the furnace should be suitable for melting copper. In fact, we don't agree with them to do it because it will cause damage to the machine.
