【Work Efficiently】Propane melting furnace can be heated up to 2640 °F / 1450°C and can melt metals with a melting point below 2372F (1300 ℃).
such as gold, sterling silver, copper,aluminum, zinc,brass, bronze, tin etc.   Suitable for most fuels, liquefied gases, natural gas, propane, etc. can be used as fuel.
【Large Capacity】Graphite crucible(the melting pot ): 6KG copper,12KG gold,1.6KG aluminum,7KG silver. It is made of natural graphite with good thermal conductivity, which can withstand high temperature 2600F (2000 ℃).   And if you buy 8 KG melting pot, also can be used in this furnace.
Graphite casting Mold: 113ML capacity, Inner 125*60*40mm, can melt 2.2kg gold, 1.2kg silver, 1kg copper. The brightness of the crucible is less than 0.1%, ensuring that the metal purity will not be affected during metal refining.

Furnace body fully lined with 1 inch of ceramic wool and one firebrick.  Furnace floor and lid lined with 2-inch of ceramic wool (which can withstand high temperatures of 2600F (1425° C)  ,  and is a replaceable inner wall material.
Attention please:   My furnace and forge only use high class Ceramic Fiber Insulation (needled thermal ceramic blanket),  temperature grade is 2600F (1425° C) ,density is 8 lb/ft3 (128 kg/m3) .   But many other competetor's ceramic wool is 2300F (1260° C) ,density is 6 lb/ft3 (96 kg/m3)  cost is only half of mine, cheap and short life.
【Safe and Easy】USA certificated adjustable high pressure gas regulator with gauge from 0--30 psi , 5 ft (1.5m) long hose. Can fit with USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia propane tank.  You can control gas consumption by adjusting gas pressure.
Technical Support:
1. Can melt copper, aluminum, gold, silver, zinc and other metals with melting point below 2372F (1300 ℃).
2. Can melt: 6KG copper 1.6KG aluminum, 7KG silver, 12KG gold. It takes 15-25 minutes to melt 5.5KG copper.
3. Before you use it, it must take 5-6 minutes to preheat the melting furnace and the crucible at 600 F -900 F
After you use it, you cann't cool it down quickly, you should cool it down naturally. Graphite crucible is consumable, you can change a new one according to your requirement.
4. Please note: Do not use it to melt iron, which will shorten the life of the furnace.
5 Before use, please bring high temperature gloves, high temperature mask and high temperature clothing. Prepare a bottle of fire extinguisher beside to prevent accidents.
6. I don't provide fire-resistant cement(refractory), but you can buy 2--3 LB by yourself to protect ceramic wool for longer life.
Precautions for use:
1. Use the site to ensure that it is open, ventilated, and free of flammable materials.
2. Keep the escape route clearly marked during emergencies.
3. Keep the fire extinguisher at hand.
4. Before using this product, please bring high temperature gloves, fire protection masks and other labor protection supplies.
5. The entire melting process requires someone to stare.
6. Prohibit overload smelting to prevent liquid metal from flowing out.
7. Be careful when the raw material is added during the melting process.
8. It is forbidden to melt iron, manganese and other metals with a melting point higher than 1400 ℃, otherwise the furnace wall will melt.
9. If it is used for a long time, the material of the inner wall of the furnace can be replaced.
10. Do not look directly at the degree of melting during the melting process to prevent heat waves from damaging the body. Only by taking security measures.
