Dunn and marcott anvils were made in Brooklyn and were a hay budden competitor. Little is known about them even by Richard Postman. They started as their own company and were eventually acquired by American or Hay Budden according to others. This is a wrought iron steel faced anvil, similar to the hay budden 3 piece construction. Good rebound and a cool piece of history.
