7.75' x 8.5" folder with a variety of promotional materials for Great Northern Homes of Gloucester, Massachusetts, including the material shown in the photos plus a cover letter, a press release, and two pages of general specs. The cover letter is dated 1973. The back cover of the folder has a corner crease; folder and contents otherwise are in excellent condition. Note: This packet is sold as found; I do not know if all the materials that came with the folder are present or if all of the material in the folder was originally in it.

How I Pack:
Most books are packed in boxes with appropriate packing material. Thin volumes and ephemera are mailed in envelopes with stiffeners. Records are mailed in industry-standard cardboard mailers. All items are packed to withstand normal abuse during transportation.
