However, whoever wins the auction, I will separate the lanyard from the badge. You would still get the lanyard. Just that the badge and lanyard would be separated.

    Description

    Joe Grand (aka Kingpin) designed these masterpieces for DEFCON 27. This was the last in-person con before the pandemic. While I can kind of explain the theory behind the badge, please go to the following link and the master himself will demonstrate it to you:

    Each of the badges shown in the video represent the different badges passed out for the con (speaker, artist, goon, ect.) This badge did interface with some of the other badges but it did not reach the final group chat.
    In the packet along with the badge you will find the lanyard, the program (book), intact sticker sheet, hacker passport book, and the notebook.
