The package measures 7" across X 5 3/8" high while the fastening pad measures 5" across X 3 1/4" high. It is assumed to be in excellent shape since the package has never been opened.
The package says "strong holding power...no adhesive...nontoxic...odorless. Can be attached on any smooth surface without leaving marks. Non-chemical micro-suction cup surface gives it amazing adhesion. Rinse under water to clean and restore adhesiveness". Recommendations are to press items on the pad for at least two seconds, keep it clean by regularly rinsing it with water, avoid using the pad on rough or dirty surfaces and to use on smooth surfaces for vertical fastening.
