Introduction: 6KG Propane Gas Melting Furnace
This high temperature fast melting propane furnace is designed to melt metals up to 2372°F(approx. 1300°C). This forge furnace can handle metal up to 6kg of material, such as gold, silver, copper, aluminum, brass, zinc, bronze and tin, etc. with melting points below 1300°C. It is an inevitable product for a metal smith, jewelers and refiners.
Application:
Propane melting furnace is used for DIY, jewelry processing factories, jewelry shops, gold panning and other industries.

Furnace cover is lined with 2''(5cm) of ceramic wool, which is a replaceable inner wall material. Furnace interior and floor is made up of firebrick providing superior strength and durability. 🔥【Large Capacity】Graphite crucible: 6kg of large capacity, propane melting furnace can be melted: 5.5kg copper,12kg gold,1.6kg aluminum and 7kg silver; Graphite Ingot Mold: 113ml capacity, 4.9''x2.4'' x1.6'' inner size: can be melted 2.2kg gold, 1.2kg silver and 1kg copper.
🔥【Work Efficiently】Propane melting furnace can be heated up to 1300°C(2372°F) and can melt metal with a melting point below 1300°C such as gold, sterling silver, pure copper, aluminum, zinc, brass, bronze and tin etc. For the first use, it takes 5-6 minutes to preheat the crucible at 300℃-500℃.
🔥【Professional Graphite Crucible】Made up of natural graphite with good thermal conductivity, the graphite crucible is specially designed for easy removal from the furnace. Insulated lid holds heat in and keeps oxygen out for a cleaner melt, say no to any metal waste. The melting furnace is suitable for most fuel, such as liquefied gas, natural gas and propane, etc.
🔥【High-Purity Graphite Ingot Mold】The mold is resistant to high temperature and can withstand 2000℃. The brightness of the crucible is less than 0.1%, ensuring that the metal purity will not be affected during metal refining.
Notes:
💛 Gas valve and pressure gauge are suggested to use together with the furnace for better control of temperature.
⭐ Before use, please wear heat-resistant gloves, mask and clothing. Prepare a bottle of fire extinguisher beside to prevent accidents.
💛 Before first use, please warm it up to 300-500°C and keep for 5-6mins.
⭐ Please put it in and take it out gently, as to avoide damage from striking or knocking, since it will get hardened and fragile from being oxidized upon heating.
💛 Do not use it to melt iron and manganese, this will shorten the lifespan of furnace.
⭐ The inner wall of furnace is insulated with fire-resistant cement, which will cause cracks during transportation and use, but it will not affect the use and cause danger.
💛 During use, please use fireproof cotton(ceramic wool) to block the gap.
⭐ Slight cracking inside the crucible is normal phenomenon.
💛 After use, to cool down naturally.
