A mint (lightly hinged and never hinged) 75th Anniversary of the Universal Postal Union (U.P.U.)  collection mounted on White Ace pages.
This is a remainder collection as British, French, Portuguese colonies common design, Korea and Nicaragua have been removed.  Some issues as the Vatican and some German stamps were never part of the collection.   Many better and high value issues remain.         High catalogue value.      Images below show
