Native American Gourd Rattle (Chinook)

Description

I dyed the gourd dark blue and let it run then speckled red on top. Added a varnish to it. The handle was carved of yellow cedar then charred. A natural oil was applied.
The rattle is approximately a foot long and the handle is approximately an inch and a half thick. each gourd rattle will sound different due to the thickness of the gourd
