    Description

    A partial pane with a total of 25 stamps.  Each stamp is marked “Regio Esercito” (Royal Army), “1943 XXI-XXII EF” (dates in regular and in Fascist era systems) with a picture of Victor Emmanuel III. At the bottom is the name of the printer “
    IST POL STATO - OFF CARTE VALORI" (Istituto Poligrafico dello Stato, Officina Carte Valori). Some slight yellowing and a bit of separation along a couple of the perforation lines (see photos).
