This is my 5pc Eye Punch Set
These eye punches are made from new 5/8-inch round 5160 spring steel. They are about 9-inches long each.
The set includes all the shapes you see in the pictures. (Note: the square and diamond are different shapes. The diamond is an offset square with abtuse and acute angles whereas the square is actually 90-degrees on each corner.)

These punches do not get hardened or tempered. They are intended for stamping in hot steel. (Dark cherry red or above)
I use these same punches for making production bottle openers and key fobs. Heat treating is not necessary.
These punches are the ideal size for making animal heads in 1/4x3/4-inch flat bar up to about 1-inch square. You can use them in smaller and larger stock, and you may prefer different proportions than I do. That's the size stock I use these punches in though, personally.
