Rock-Ola Jukebox Turntable Motor Mount Grommets - Set of 3
These are made in the USA by one of the original manufacturers who found the old mold and specifications for them.
The hole actually has a lip on bottom which fits the shaft. Notice the hole from the bottom is smaller than the hole from the top. They are an exact fit!
These grommets get hard over time

get brittle and break.

These should fit all 45 rpm Rock-ola jukeboxes (
1436 through 490 Series).
