This is a huge Fleur De Lis concrete or plaster mold.  This Fleur De Lis mold makes some really big stepping stones for your garden areas as well you can make some great plaques to hang indoors or out.  The finished Fleur De Lis will measure approximately 16 inches across and 2 inches thick.  If using this for plaques or  wall hanging you will not want to pour this as thick.
