RR track anvil, machined top w/ vice functional anvil 8.5 # Jewelry Knifemaking

a neat little anvil ( I hate to say cute when talking blacksmithing- but it ain't a huge one so might apply)
this would be ideal for a jewlery person or a knife maker
~ 8.5 pounds
the track top was machined down to a smooth surface with square edged.
a small vice was also machined and   attached.
measures 4.5 inches tall, deck or top surface is 2 3/8  wide
flat top on the horn- so not conical
a nice coating of rust over the top due to being stored in a garage. this should polish off with a wire brush on a grinding wheel
the vice screw does turn- not the smoothest due to the above rust issue but I oiled it
