If item is shipped and returned to seller for reasons such as: UNCLAIMED, UNDELIVERABLE, REFUSED SHIPMENT, etc., attempt will be made to contact the buyer to determine reason. Item will not be re-shipped, however if buyer contacts me I will refund the item amount, minus the original shipping. Items will then be relisted.
If First Class postage is available, the postal service shipment methods may not be as reliable as the Priority or Parcel shipping.
Because of weight limitations, no orders will be combined for the First Class Postage.

Defective items have a 7-day guarantee. Please return for a full refund, including shipping costs. If item is returned because purchaser has decided they do not want it, item cost will be refunded, however, return shipping costs will remain the responsibility of the purchaser - no shipping costs will be refunded. Because of their nature, all cross stitch item sales are FINAL.
