    A Space Cover commemorating the Launch of the TIROS-8 Weather Satellite. Dated 21 December, 1963, and cancelled CAPE CANAVERAL, FLA. Contains an info card about the mission. A Spacecraft Cover designed by Carl Swanson and in excellent condition.
