    Description

Vintage 1950’s Era ROADSIDE AMERICA Linen MOTEL PC Unused of The AMBASSADOR In GALLUP, NEW MEXICO on FAMOUS RT. 66. Shows the tan ADOBE-LIKE MOTEL building, and one INTERIOR VIEW of a ROOM. Furnishings are very RETRO. Underneath it says, “Large Lovely Rooms”. On the back they state that the Ambassador is “One Of Gallup’s Finer Motels” and “Where cleanliness is foremost”. Among the listed features are radios, alarm clocks, and heated and closed garages. Gallup is a city of 21,600 people along historic Route 66 with a substantial amount of the population being Native American. Represented tribes are Navajo, Zuni, and Hopi. Gallup is the most populous city between Albuquerque and Flagstaff. This card is postally unused. Standard size 5.5” x 3.5”. In VERY GOOD CONDITION according to postcard rating system with very mild corner wear in just the upper right corner. I can see no other flaws to this card. But, please see photo and you be the judge. IMPORTANT POSTCARD SHIPPING INFORMATION: For single postcard purchases, you can choose .75 cents for postage, but there will be no tracking included. This is called a non-machined letter and is handled in such a way do to not bend it. Please understand that if you choose this option you are making an informed decision to take the risk that should your package get lost, there will be no way to track it and I the seller am not to blame (in terms of giving me negative feedback). I will, however, refund you the full price of the postcard and shipping in the rare event that this happens. On multiple postcard orders, please wait until you hear from me before paying as there are several factors that go into calculated shipping on volume pricing. Please do send me your zip code as soon as you can after making a multiple postcard order, however. I would greatly appreciate that as that will be a factor in calculating shipping costs. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Please ask questions before bidding and let the photos guide you as well. US SALES ONLY PLEASE!! I was a long time seller on eBay some 15 years ago with 100% positive feedback. Bid with confidence! Thanks for looking!!
