    This is a vintage
    Hand Forged Blacksmith / Wheelright "Traveler"
    .  It is an antique tool used by a Blacksmith to measure the outside and inside of a wheel.  This example is 11" long and has a diameter of 5 3/4".  There are no maker marks and it is all hand forged.  I rate this Traveler in
    GOOD + CONDITION
    overall.  It is uncleaned.  It also has the original pointer that moves along the center axis.  A nice example of a vintage hand forged Blacksmith tool for you to add to your antique measuring tool collection!
