Notation on front says:
"Come to Nelson's Cabins for clean, modern cabins with good beds at moderate rates. Doubles and singles.  Hwy. 99 E., 2 mi. So. Of Portland. Phone Oak Grove 3-7511.  P.O. Box 93, Milwaukie, ORE.
Although not postally used, the previous owner wrote "Friday, Sept. 19th 1941 on the back and then glue it in an album.
CONDITION -- This is in EXCELLENT vintage condition considering age -- barely discernable corner bumps and dried glue residue on the back. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS.
