    Vintage- probably from 1940's
    Manufactured in Chicago, USA
    HEAVY DUTY - will last forever!  Cheap!
    Very solid (about five pounds) metal, with original brass screw, rubber feet and chrome-plated cast-iron (?) handle.
    Adjustable 2-Hole Punch (originally a 3-hole punch but one is missing, probably replaceable, but works well as 2 hole).
    All is working order but needs a good cleaning and oiling.  Some minor rust and wear.  Dies appear sharp.
    Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Parcel Select Ground.
