Wood Form for Making United UPD-100 Jukebox Dome

Up for your consideration is this jig form for making a new plastic dome for United Jukeboxes.  I needed a replacement dome for my United UPD-100 a few years ago and I couldn't find one so I made my own out of 1/8" clear acrylic sheet. I formed one side at a time by heating half of the acrylic sheet in my kitchen over and then bending it on the form. After it cooled I trimmed it to the proper size. It worked great. I'm done with it now so I thought I'd pass it along to someone who can use it. I draped some cloth on it before  forming the acrylic sheet on it.
