SALE OF THIS UNIT IS RESTRICTED TO THE 48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES.
CONDITION:   THIS UNIT HAS GOOD WORKING COILS.
OUR TECH RECOMMENDS THAT THE BUYER CLEAN AND LUBE THE MOVING PARTS BEFORE INSTALLATION.
WE HAVE MORE THAN ONE OF THESE UNITS.  THE UNIT YOU RECEIVE MAY HAVE A SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT WEAR PATTERN FROM THE UNIT PICTURED.  ALL UNITS ARE GOOD.
